Click in the paragraph in the table cell and open the Paragraph Designer. Go
to the Table Cell tab and select the Cell Vertical Alignment setting.

Is there a way to align the contents within a table cell to be centered or
to be aligned with the bottom of the table cell (as you can do in Word).
