As Oleg and Bernard mentioned in earlier messages, structure manipulation
could be improved/enhanced in different ways.
One option that is available in FrameMaker is holding down the Shift key
when clicking the left side of an element bubble in the Structure View, to
collapse/expand an element and all its sibling elements at once.
