Kara,
When I specify the page size, I set it to 11x17. Acrobat/Reader
automagically displays the FM size page as the (I think) bounding box,
so 8.5 pages are cropped to fit, centered on the larger sheet size.
If you want, you can use the Crop Tool in Acrobat to confirm this and
to trim the page size if you want to.

Hi Art,
That is a good idea.

The final will be delivered in PDF format.

The next question is - How do I generate a PDF that reads the different page
sizes? When I print the file to a PS file, I have to specify the page size
(8.5 x 11). When I distill and look at the final PDF, it has cropped the
oversized page to 11 x 8.5. (Interesting that it reads that this page is
landscape and not portrait, but doesn't account for the larger page size.)

I also tested by just doing a Save As from the BOOK file, but the final PDF
has the same output.

Any ideas on how to preserve the different page sizes?

thanks,
Kara
