Hi folks, Something I've discovered the hard way, and I wanted to let others know as an FYI.
Problem: On Windows 2000, FM7.1 has intermittent startup problems with MS Communicator. Solution: when you can't open from Windows Explorer by doubleclicking the filename, solution is to exit communicator, then go into the Windows Task manager under the Processes tab and manually stop 'communicator.exe'.
