Hi Earl

There might be a plug-in, but I can't remember its name. But failing that:

The simplest, unless your book is long: make a new book file.

The next simplest: back up the book file, then save the book file as MIF, open
the MIF in a text editor, search for the unwanted condition tags in the
Condition Catalog, and delete them out of the catalog. The syntax in the MIF
file is pretty human-readable.

Make sure you've deleted the condition tags from ALL files that the book or any
file in it references - including generated lists and text insets. Otherwise
your unwanted conditions just come back.

Cheers, Rebecca

Deleting conditional text settings
I have deleted all the conditional text settings no longer in use but my
book file still has the settings appearing in Show/Hide.

Does anyone have an idea how to delete the Conditional text settings from a
book file?

Thanks,
