Rebecca, I agree with Rick. I've been on this list since 1992 and have found the expertise here to be more than sufficient for almost any question I've ever posted. The only reason that I can think of to buy an Adobe support package is that it might be cheaper to upgrade if you have multiple users. I'd expect that you can get the costs on the Adobe web site and then do the math.
