I have no idea. This particular file had a clean template applied to it and we never mess with MIF files. Maybe Winfried can tell us how such things are set.

As a matter of interest, how does this flag get set? Is there a control in FrameMaker to lock a paragraph like this, or can in only be done in the MIF?
