Lester omitted one part of the instructions... you need to already
have a FM file open before you attempt the "Esc,o,H" sequence...

Never screw around (um edit) with the Frame binary file in a text
editor like  notepad.  FrameMaker builds a check-sum into the file,
and even if the number of bytes doesn't change, you'll almost
certainly mess up the checksum.
