All How do you insert glossary items in your Framemaker file for use in the paper version as an alphabetical list of glossary terms and in the online help as drop-down hotspots/hovertext.
I use Framemaker 7.2 and Webworks Publisher 7.2 with the webhelp 5.0 output format. I used to have a generated alphabetical list of glossary markers for the paper manual and some other markers for the online part. I have seen various ways of doing this in Framemaker Using gotolink and newlink markers Using acronymTitle and AbbreviationTitle makers. I would prefer an automatic solution which lists all items in the paper version of the glossary alphabetically.
