Now, a related question.  Normally I'd post this to the HATT list but since
Adobe also makes Robo, I thought it might be okay to post the question to
this list.

What is the best way to do a wordcount of an HTML help system?  I used the
single source method and converted my help system to a Word doc, but it took
a while and I don't know how accurate the conversion is.

Quick workaround for that ....
Build a book that has only the content files, (No TOC or Index).

Bookinfo works great, I use it myself.  But one word of caution.  If you
are
counting the words in a book for localization purposes, be sure to
substract
the number of words in the TOC and index.  These files are not counted
because they are generated from words and phrases (titles, for example)
that
are would already be translated when the vendor generates the TOC and
index
for the translated book.
