Hi Leah, Not "text" per se, but since the paragraph formats for each cell are stored with the table format, you could use formats that have autonumbers to define the text you want. Here are the general steps you can use:
1) Insert a table with the desired format and the number of columns that you would normally use. 2) Click in each heading cell and create a paragraph format with the autonumber set to the text you want for each cell. 3) When you are done, open the Table Designer and click Update All. The next time you insert one of these tables, you will get your heading text.
