Bjorn,

If you have the book and its components in a single directory tree,
you can copy those components and move them as a group; that preserves
the relative path in the Frame files.

If the  book isn't in that structure, the easiest way it move it is to
use Bruce Foster's Archive plug in, which gathers the book components
under a single directory that can be moved or located anywhere you
wish, so long as you don't modify the internal structure. An
invaluable plug in for this and other jobs.
