Ø Support delivery of solutions to the business through all phases of the SDLC. Ø Develop, document and promote best practices. Ø Utilize customer business knowledge and analytical skills to solve customer issues. Ø Resolve trouble tickets. Ø Ensure data consistency when appropriate.
