To add to what Rick said, there are several methods to use FrameScript with hypertext. You can create an event script as Rick suggested or, in FrameScript 5.x, you can specify a standard script to run by including its file name in the hypertext command, as follows:
message fsl cmd RunFileScript "script file name" [arg1][,arg2 ...]] If you wish you can include the entire script as part of the hypertext command. For more information, look at page 74 of the Users Guide document.
