Hi Everybody,

Frame 8. Windows XP.

Not sure what version of Trados the client is using.

A client is losing accents and non-breaking spaces when she converts the
Frame documents to rtf and then to Trados. The translators at the company
all work in Word and then resave to rtf. The translation is from English to
French.

Based on some Googling that I did, I get the impression that saving to rtf
is unnecessary because she can simply save to mif and Trados can then work
with the mif file.

Also, is there a recommended work process for translating Frame documents
using Trados?

Thanks in advance for your help.
