Does anyone have experience porting FrameMaker procedures (or online help procedures) into a SalesForce knowledgebase? I am considering a switch to Structured FrameMaker 8/DITA and I wonder if one of my benefits will be the ability to port individual procedures into a knowledgebase (or even a MySQL database) for access by customers. Our current knowledgebase includes only customized procedures, but it would help Support if all my known-good, reviewed, edited procedures were in there for them to use as-is or as a basis for customization.
