Yves, Not in Table Designer. You can put a custom ruled table in the reference pages within a reference frame and then associate that frame with a paragraph format (Advanced tab, Frame above or Frame under). Not sure how great that would work. Alternatively you could use Silicon Prairie's AutoText plugin to copy in a preformatted icon table on demand.
