I am using RoboHelp for HTML version 8. I am stuck with field content level help. I am using IDH prefixes before my topics for my field level help. For example, IDH_Service_Date mapped to map id 1. I am letting RoboHelp assign numbers. I also went it to map id's and made sure all my map topics are assigned to an it number. Robohelp forum said for me to make sure the following is done: 1. Project setup > windows seting >auto synchronize t.o.c check box 2. When i generate the file, (html output), in the screen HTML Help options > select Edit button> t.o.c styles tab > complete this form and make sure always show selection is selected. Please refer to my screen. The right side is correct and shows my field level description. The left side has the books collapsed and they should be expanding to the related topic. I can only map one id for each topic, correct? Can you help me?
