Hi All, This issue has been solved. The alignment = Left and so on were okay. I went to another file that used the same header style, to see all the settings, clicked on Update all. Then used the correct file as a base and imported formats into the problem file -- title now is aligned correctly. Thank You. Sue ________________________________

Off the top of my head, I'd check the Paragraph Tag and make sure the following is true: * Alignment -- Left * First -- 0" * Left -- 0" You may also want to check the Master page and see if you have Sideheads set up.
