Hi, We upgraded because of the free SDL AuthorAssistant, which we are using to improve both consistency and readability in our docs. We are too small for an editor at this time.
We are a group of 5, and everyone here likes the new interface. We use both structured and unstructured docs, but not DITA. There have been no issues with either format.
