Given that there's CAD in the program name, and since Acroba will import the
lion's ahare of 3d formats, you might try importing the native MathCAD file
into Acrobat. Since it works with nearly all 3d modeling programs, you may
be able to produce the PDF yourself and avoid having to explain what you
want entirely.
