As others have said, there isn't a key combination that will do this directly. However, you can ease the pain a little.
- Type either CTRL+M (single key combination) or ESC o p d (four separate characters) to open the paragraph designer. - Select the Pagination tab. If you are doing a lot of this, just leave the paragraph designer open on that tab. - Type ALT+n to toggle the Next Pgf selection. - By default, the Apply button should be active, with a bold outline. If so, press ENTER. Otherwise press ALT+a. Try it a few times; it's really not that much trouble, and a lot easier than using the mouse. When the paragraph designer is already open on the right tab, it's only three keystrokes: CTRL+M, ALT+n, ENTER.
