Hi, all. I am using FrameMaker 7.1 on Windows XP SP3. I've just received many zipped .jpgs from someone else; FrameMaker gives me this error message when I try to import one:
"The filter encountered an error and could not complete the translation." They are displayed with no problem in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Any ideas as to what is going on and how I fix the problem?
