There is no need to do this file by file. It is very easy to apply the same
pagination setting to a group of files in a single operation by highlighting
the files in the book window and then right-clicking on the selection and
choosing Pagination from the context menu.
Doing this on a file by file basis is very tedious even for a simple book with
only a few chapters, and there are way too many opportunities to miss one
chapter or make a mistake in one of them.
