1. What are the colour definitions that appear when I choose View > Color > Definitions for a book (FM7)? They seem to be a subset of the colour definitions of any of the individual files, but deleting a colour definiton from the book does not cause it to be deleted from the individual book files. What's going on?
2. Does anyone have a method or tool to "globally" cleanup the colours in all files in a book?
