Good question. I have seen the same error in Frame 7.2 occasionally when generating on-line help using WebWorks ePublisher, probably during the printing/rasterization stage.
It indicates Frame is trying to close during the operation. In my case it is not reproducible (doesn't happen very often). Can you reproduce it on a particular Frame file or book?
