Chris,
Grasping at straws here, but I seem to recall in FM8 that there was a patch
issued that had a major flaw and so Adobe issued a replacement for it within
a day or so, but kept the same patch number. Perhaps that is why you are
seeing the 8b236 designation instead of 8p236. Maybe you have the flawed one
installed and need to download the newer 236 version and reapply it (perhaps
after uninstalling the existing patch?).
