I'm installing TCS 2.5 on a w7-64 system and no issues. A pretty big plus for me is that Photoshop is a 64-bit app, so it's running noticeably faster. Haven't used RH yet, but I don't expect problems; worst case is run it in a 32-bit compatibility mode.
