A nice little extra/quirk when setting up bookmarks is that they can be set both a that the book level and at the document level. If you check the TOC, you should see that you have requested these three paragraphs to be bookmarks. If you clear these selections, all should be fine for you.

I choose H1, H2, and H3. H1TOC, H2TOC, and H3TOC are not options. But my PDF bookmarks include all H1TOC, H2TOC, and H3TOCs anyway, even though I don't want them. When I click them, they just take me to the corresponding line in the TOC, which is pretty useless. How do I stop TOC headings from being included in my PDF bookmarks?
