Theresa, There sure is. It's a FM plugin from Chris Despolulous. And it not only gives you a list, it helps you delete them very quickly. Check the 3rd party part of www.frameusers.com. Here's the description from Chris. ================= CudSpan PgfWhopper Plugin PgfWhopper is a Win plugin that checks your document for any paragraph formats that are defined in the catalog but not used in the document. You then have the option to delete any of the listed format definitions from the catalog. 1 Using PGFWhopper • To install the plugin, just put the dll into your PLUGINS directory. No need to tweak your ini file. • The command is File > Utilities > PGF_WHOPPER > Check for Un-used Paragraph Formats. (I offer no apologies for the lame command name.) There are also commands to check for unused character formats and unused condition tags. • When you choose the command, a dialog box appears with two scroll lists. The left one shows all the format definitions you have not used in the document. The right one shows all the format definitions you want to delete. • To move an item from one list to the other, just click on the item. • To delete the format definitions in the right-hand list, click OK. • Don’t worry, an alert appears before pgf_whopper whops your document, so you have a chance to cancel.
