Hi Gillian, FM10 won't save to FM8 binary via the Save dialog, though it can do this via ExtendScript. If a script isn't an option for, you can always have your colleague save as FM10 MIF (or FM7 MIF, if you prefer) via the Save dialog. HTH, Mike
