Select the table anchor, or the entire table (Ctrl + triple click) and then Table > Custom Ruling & Shading. Select "Custom Cell Ruling", under Apply Ruling Style, select "From Table" (top option); under "To Selection", select all items.
(Turn off "Custom Cell Shading" if you don't want any changes to shading)

You can do this for multiple tables in one action, by selecting their anchors (you may also Edit > Select All to reset all tables in the document).
