I have a book with some pages with 2 columns. I would like to have
Heading1 span both columns (and force the text in column2 out of the
way).
Do I do this by using an anchored frame? What settings do I use?
In the Paragraph Designer, on the Pagination tab, choose either "Across
All Columns" or "Across All Columns and Side Heads" for the Heading1 format.
