Hi Brian,
Looks like Distiller made it through page 8 OK and ran into some kind of
file corruption on page 9. You can try saving as .MIF, reopening and
saving as .FM; if that doesn't work, examine page 9 for anything unusual
(try re-importing any graphics, as they're often problems); try printing
to pdf from page 10 onward (just to verify page 9 is the issue and the
rest of the file is ok); try recreating page 9 from scratch.
