I still haven’t found it. The Tools panel doesn’t have a Document Processing section. However, I did find a JavaScript command for doing it. WAIT: OK, now I see that I have to show the Document Processing section by choosing View > Tools > Document Processing. Now all is well. Thank you all for your help.
