I have both portrait and landscape
.fm files in my book. I've seen the postings about not
using Save As PDF and also about making sure tagging is
turned on. I've now discovered a new issue...
The Bookmarks in the PDF for the Landscape pages show up as
a sublist of the previous chapter.
Example:
Chapter 1: ABC (portrait chapter)
1.0 Introduction
1.1 Next Heading 1
Chapter 2: DEF (landscape chapter)
Chapter 3: GHI (protrait chapter)
They use the same Heading tags in the .fm files.
Anyone know how to fix this one?
I'd suggest you check both the landscape file and the book file to make
sure the Bookmark Levels settings are the same --
File > Print > Generate Acrobat Data > PDF Setup > Bookmarks
