Both WebWorks ePublisher and RoboHelp can create ePub format if you have
access to those tools.
I've never had much luck with Frame's direct HTML output, you might want
to see if you can get your hands on MIF2GO which does a much cleaner job
of generating HTML.
You might also find this book helpful - it's only $3 and has much useful
advice: How to Format Your eBook for Kindle, NOOK, Smashwords, and
Everything Else, by Paul Salvette.
