Hi Joseph,
I have been working on some Acrobat automation projects recently, and unfortunately I don't think there is a way to automate this. I received this from a well-known PDF expert: With respect to automation, generating a commenting-enabled PDF may be much more of an interest to PDF producers, but I doubt that this would be available for automation (since this capability is available in Adobe's $$$ LiveCycle server). Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Thank you very much. I am using FrameMaker 10 and Adobe Acrobat Pro X. When I publish my documentation, I would like people to review the PDFs by putting comments in acrobat reader. To do this, I have to go into each PDF and select File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Commenting and Measuring. Is there any way to turn this into a batch process that will automatically convert all the PDFs in a single folder? Thanks, Joseph Lorenzini
