"Save Book As...PDF" is the fastest
way I know to distill a book. But when I distill a book with mixed page
sizes, all the pages come out the same size. This does not happen if I
use the command "Print Book" and then choose "Adobe PDF,"
but this method is so much slower. Does anyone know of a way to distill
mixed page sizes using "Save Book As...PDF"? Thank you. Note:
I am using FrameMaker 10, Acrobat 10 Pro Extended, and Distiller 10.
