HI Deanne, Yes, this is indeed a big problem. I didn't realize it was a problem until I was sitting with an engineer, who's time is very precious and I'm trying to update my text according to his edits, as we proceed and I couldn't proceed because I couldn't get the shortcuts to work. F8 and F9 are really fundamental to my work, as well as the Control-4/5/6 used for conditional. Ultimately, I had to have him wait for me to close FM and restart to get everything back to normal again. Very frustrating!! I think this is an unreasonable bug that Adobe should really have fixed - it used to work fine, it should work fine now too!!
I'm on FM10, but in Win7.
