> What else could be affecting vertical spacing between paragraphs?
A couple of places that come to mind for checking:
1. The settings in Format> Page Layout> Line Layout
2. If the paragraphs are in a table cell, the Cell Margins settings on
the Table Cell tab of the Paragraph Designer
