No, you get 2 installs & activations now for FM (one for work & one for home? whatever). To move a license around, just make sure that you're internet connected, deactivate, uninstall, reinstall & reactivate. If you move a license around a lot of times, you may hit a limit & be forced to talk to Adobe to get your count reset.
