Right-click a file and select Rename File. Unless it's changed since 7.2, you'll have to acknowledge a couple of messages for each name change, so it's a bit of a PITA for a big book.
You could rename the book in Windows Explorer (or your preferred file manager), but it's simpler, IMHO, to just do File > Save Book As in FM. If you do that, FM renames the generated files (TOC, etc.) to match the book name. Later, you can just delete the old book file. HTH! Richard G.
