- Variable Tools - Cross-Reference Tools - Color Tools Variable Tools provides routines that help you manage variable formats in FrameMaker documents. Cross-Reference Tools provides routines that help you manage cross-reference formats in FrameMaker documents. Color Tools provides routines that help you manage color definitions in FrameMaker documents. Like the other Silicon Prairie plug-ins, these are released as shareware. The plug-ins can be downloaded from the Silicon Prairie Software web site: http://www.siliconprairiesoftware.com Each plug-in is $10 US for a single-user license, or $100 US for a site license. The plug-ins are available for FrameMaker 7.x, 8, 9, and 10 on Windows. They are also available for FrameMaker 7 on the Macintosh.
