Thanks for putting me on the track. It turned out that a previous FM
installation on a computer that had a blue screen error had not been
deactivated. After having done so, the update worked smoothly.

What happens if you run it from the Help > Updates menu? Does it think it’s
already in place?

BTW – I assume you’ve got full admin rights to your machine, right?

I downloaded the fix from the web and started it from Explorer.

Hello,

I am trying to apply the 10.0.2 fix to 10.0.1.408 French version. The
process finishes by saying that the update is complete. However, when I open
FM it still is 10.0.1.408. Any ideas?
