Hi Gillian, What do you mean with "they don't stay set"? Do your paragraphs disappear in this dialog? Obviously not, if you delete them.
I noticed that sometimes my PDFs are created without bookmarks. However, when I open the PDF setup dialog with the Bookmarks tab and just click OK, they are created correctly the next time. I did not notice any rule yet. My impression is that it's because the file was created with older FrameMaker versions. I run FrameMaker 10 on Windows 7, 32 bit.
