Hi Harsh, Unfortunately, the official end user documentation provided by Adobe is incredibly poor, which makes learning ExtendScript significantly more difficult than it needs to be.
Do you have any programming or scripting background? If you do not already have this, I would say you need a basic familiarity with JavaScript and start familiarizing yourself with FrameMaker's Document Object Model. Once you have that, then I'd approach learning in terms of basic use cases.
