Apply the heading style(s) to the paragraphs in the left column, leave the right column as is, then convert it to text "row by row."

This is Stuart's suggestion without the part about applying the Body style to all the cells in the left column.

You can select the left column and apply your heading pgf tag to all the
cells; select the right column and apply the body pgf tag to all the cells.
Then select the table and Table > Convert to Text, Row by Row.
