Thanks to Baruch and Fei Min for pointing me at the Horsepool translator. I will trial this tomorrow. I've never used MML, so it will be interesting.
I'm kinda' hoping the authors can be persuaded to use something other than LaTeX; the publishers are ringing me tomorrow to discuss. I've got the original book on TeX somewhere, but I remember not understanding much of it when I originally bought it.
