Simplest thing to do is a MIF output and check that file (using a text editor 
or grep) to find the unused font(s) ... they can hide in all kinds of places. :)

I have even seen documents where the writer made the text color "white" instead 
of deleting it <argh!> - invisible on the screen since the background of the 
book was white!

I double-checked all our table styles and master and reference pages. The font 
list in the Fonts pod/palette did not change for any of them, and any text or 
cell I clicked showed the correct font(s) in the paragraph designer. Even 
mapping tables.

I could just turn off the warnings, but my goal is to once-and-for-all 
eliminate inconsistencies in these files! If there really is a rogue font, I 
want to remove it.
